Alex Ross – Accordion / Piano / MIDI Bass.
Bandleader and founder member Alex has been playing the accordion since he was 9 years old, playing many different types of music but always with a special passion for Scottish traditional music. He is much in demand both as a performer and music teacher and has recently released a solo CD of World music.
Marina Sharp – Caller / Highland Dancer
Marina is probably Scotland's finest Caller – her enthusiasm and energy are evident as she encourages novices and beginners alike to join in the fun. Being a former champion highland dancer she travels the world dancing at corporate evenings , Burns Suppers and Caledonian Balls.
Kenneth Ross - Drummer
Already established as one of Traditional music’s outstanding drummers Kenneth also finds time to play with his Rock band 94 Aurora, and is much in demand as a session musician.
Kathryn Henry - Fiddler
Kat is the newest recruit to join the Cadjers, having made the transition from classical violin to Scottish fiddle. Her enthusiasm and playing ability add greatly to the Cadjers' distinctive sound.
Tam Ferguson- Guitar & Vocal
Tam has a distinctive voice, well suited to the folk/celtic/traditional music he sings with the Cadjers. Busy around Edinburgh’s folk scene he also plays guitar/sings and writes for Jacob's Pillow, a popular folk rock fusion band.
Adam Young- 2nd Accordion and Drums
Adam plays snare drum with Haddington Pipe Band and takes over from Kenneth to play with the Cadjers if required. He is also a fantastic 2nd Accordion player so a very versatile musician to have in the band.
Lucy Hauge – Vocals ,Whistle & Bodhran
Lucy grew up on Orkney but moved to Edinburgh to study Music Technology at Edinburgh University. She started playing classical Piano at the age of 7 but is interested in all music types especially Scottish Celtic and Folk.
